NoHo Photo Studio & photography – Return/Cancellation Policy
At NoHo Photo Studio, we take pride in delivering rental photo studio services and high-quality photography that meets your expectations. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and product orders.
Cancellations & Rescheduling for studio rentals
- Clients may reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session price or lost of the deposit.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling for photography services
- Clients may reschedule their session at least 48 hours or 2 weeks in advance without penalty (depending on your photography service and your individual contract).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 weeks) before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session price or lost of the deposit.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are not available once a session has taken place.
- If a session is canceled by NoHo Photo Studio due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Retouching & Satisfaction Guarantee
- Clients will receive a proof gallery (if applicable) to select final images for editing.
- Minor retouching (skin smoothing, color correction, etc.) is included based on your chosen package in original photographer’s style, with one round of revisions (during 48 hours of the retouched photos delivery) per selected image. Additional edits may be subject to a fee.
Digital & Print Orders
- Digital images are non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure you review and approve selections before final edits.
- If a print order arrives damaged, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. We carefully examine all printed products by our team to guarantee that you receive high quality products.
By booking a session with NoHo Photo Studio or renting our photo studio, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy. For Photo studio rentals please also check “Rules & Rental agreement”.
